Products must be returned in original packaging

Toner and ink cartridges must not be opened, installed, or used

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Opened or unsealed toner or ink cartridges

Installed or used cartridges

Items damaged due to improper use

Clearance or final sale items

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
